Adult Beginners
This class draws on lots of styles - hip hop, jazz & contemporary dance - all combining to create a fabulous, fluid, sinuous style.
The choreography is strongly influenced by Michael Jackson & Bob Fosse & will give you a great base in dance technique. The music is a wide selection of R&B, jazz funk & chart.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Loose comfortable clothing (trackies, leggings etc) and trainers are fine to start with although we recommend you get a pair of jazz sneakers if you come regularly - they're better and safer for turns.
