STREETJAZZ / CHOREOGRAPHY & REP - Adult Intermediates
Pls note the Intermed class is being used for rehearsals for the X-factor show throughout July 2010
This is funky, fluid style of streetdance. The style ranges from classic Fosse to Usher. The music is usually R&B or chart.
The Wednesday class taught by Karen Pasi has been changed to "Choreography and Repertoire" in Jazz, Street etc. This class covers a range of styles teaching choreography for stage numbers from our Cabaret Nights as well as some Latin, Street & Fusion numbers. This is aimed at intermediate level and the Performance Group so you must have some previous dance experience. Serious fun and a great stepping stone towards joining the Performance Group.
WEDNESDAYS 7.00-8.15 Choreography & Rep, Streetjazz for Adult Intermediates
WHAT TO WEAR? Loose comfortable clothing (trackies, leggings etc) and trainers are fine to start with although we recommend you get a pair of jazz sneakers if you come regularly - they're better and safer for turns.
