I need EVERYONE there on Wed - I know a few can't make it on mon/tues - if there's a reason you can't make it please let me know in advance.
COSTUMES
Costume for Jazz section - black hot pants and lacey tights with legwarmers & jazz sneakers (black trousers for guys).Black top. Plenty bling! You need a flash of silver to tie in with Rachael's outfit.
Costume for Street section - red/black hoodies, black trousers & red/black caps. For you guys the costume is different for Mama Do which will be the 1st number, so you need a black top & black trousers for that and then hoodies and caps go on for Release Me.
Don't forget make-up and any accessories - you need to run the dances with everything and we'll take photos on Sunday as well.
THURSDAY everyone needs to be at the stage door at the back of the auditorium by 10am for morning and early afternoon rehearsals. Bring all your gear with you - so make yourself a check list on Sunday!
We will have passes for parking available on Wednesday. Performers are all invited to the after-show party at the Crown Plaza for Champagne and nibbles. So remember to bring a change of clothes. We may also be able to sit in the audience for the second half of the show to watch the X-factor Finalists performing.
We don't normally charge for rehearsals but in these difficult times I'm finding that we really will have to.
We want to be able to pay teachers for rehearsal time and also to cover costs of the studios which could otherwise be hired out or used for private lessons.
Price is £4.50 / £3.50 (students) per session - for passport holders the price is included so you don't need to pay. You can also use your tickets but be aware that it may work out slightly more expensive.
Thanks
Karen
