ZUMBA CLASSES
These classes are charged at a different rate from the rest of the timetable at £4 per class, being a 45min set rather than 1 hour- Pls note if you use your tickets for these classes it may work out more expensive for you.

SATURDAYS - 10.45-11.30am With Val Wilson
A great fun class which draws on different Latin styles which gets
the heart pumping and the metabalism moving. Great introduction to dance and
you don't need any previous dance experience for this.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Loose comfortable & cool clothing (vests, joggies etc) and trainers.
