ZUMBA CLASSES
MONDAYS 8.30-9.30pm
THURSDAYS 1.30-2.30pm (Pls note this class is off now until August)
Definitely the flavour of the day - a great fun class which draws on different Latin styles which gets the heart pumping and the metabalism moving. Great introduction to dance and you don't need any previous dance experience for this.
You don't need to book - we do have an upper limit for the class so get there
sharp - if we see classes getting too busy we simply put another one on the
timetable.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Loose comfortable & cool clothing (vests, cropped joggies etc) and trainers.
